The 2A Bank is independently developed, owned and operated by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED.

Participation by candidates associated with the West Midlands Radiology Academy is limited to voluntary candidate testing and feedback. Such participation does not transfer intellectual-property ownership, confer reproduction or distribution rights, create a partnership, agency or joint-development relationship, or imply endorsement.

All intellectual-property rights in original content and technology created for The 2A Bank are owned by or lawfully licensed to BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED. Candidate and faculty feedback may be used to improve the platform, but neither contributors nor their organisations acquire ownership of the platform or its content.

Candidate access remains personal and non-transferable. No Academy, deanery, NHS organisation or other institution may reproduce, distribute, adapt, publish, teach from or commercially use platform content without a separate written agreement signed by BELMAR RADIOLOGY LIMITED.

The platform is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by the Royal College of Radiologists.
